Elmer Pineda
is the Omaha warehouse Plant Manager. He has more than 18 years of experience. He has held a number of significant positions during his career. He brings a wealth of knowledge to all areas of our company.
Michael Amundson
is the President of Quality Refrigerated Services, with over 30 years of experience in the cold storage and meat processing industry. He enjoys a good moose hunt when he can find the time.
Amy English
is the Safety & Quality Administrator for all the Quality Services locations. In this role Amy utilizes her 20+ years in the industry to facilitate regulatory compliance with PSM, OSHA, and USDA. She is also one of our liaisons for labels and specification for our customers. She is based out of the Omaha facility and lives a grandchild filled life with her husband.
Tammy Brown
Procurement Customer Service. She has been in the food service industry for 20+ years. She lives in Blair, NE with her husband and her 4 lovable puppies.
Ben Lempka
has been the Maintenance Supervisor at QPS Omaha since 2019. He’s worked in the maintenance field for more than 9 years. He enjoys working with his maintenance team and always seeks opportunities for himself and his staff to continue developing and learning new skills in the technician field.
Tina Ayars
is the Administrative Assistant. She has an associates degree, several certificates, and has worked with Quality Refrigerated Services for the last 5 years. She lives in Omaha.

is an Industrial Refrigeration-Hazardous Material Technician, and he is also PSM and RMP Certified.

Mark and his family relocated to Omaha in 2006 after 18 years in the California Oil Industry.

is the Senior Engineer at Quality Services. He has worked in warehousing and cold storage for the past 43 years. Starting more than 30 years ago with Quality Services, he has held various positions. He lives in Omaha with his wife of 35 years, 2 daughters, and 6 grandchildren.

is the VP of Processing at QPS. He has worked in the meat processing industry for 20+ years. He also has several certifications in the Technology industry. He is very active in his faith community. He lives in Omaha, NE with his wife. He is a proud grandfather of 2.

Stacey Anderson
is a native of Spencer, IA, she has worked as the Office Manager since 2010. She is a very proud mother of 3 daughters. She enjoys her family, friends, furbabies, cruises, New Kids on the Block, Garth Brooks, Matchbox 20, or anything music-related.
