Delivery/Pickup Procedures

Upon arrival, we ask that all drivers call 402-738-1118 EXT 1 and check in. Our office personnel
will then provide delivery or pick up instructions.
- The driver is required to provide the name of the customer they are delivering for.
- After verifying the customer, a designated door will be assigned for the driver to back on to.
- Once the trailer unloading process is finished, our warehouse personnel will furnish the driver with a copy of the Bill of Lading (BOL), and the driver can then leave the facility.
Shipping
- Driver Shall provide all the information necessary to ensure the office locates the correct order. This information includes PO or Sales # and Carrier’s name and trailer #. Once this information has been verified, office personnel will assign a door and will instruct the driver to set up his reefer at the temperature requested by the Customer.
- Before the loading process starts, Driver will be asked to enter the building and provide a copy of his/her Driver’s License. Warehouse will also proceed to take a photo of the License plates and DOT information. Once all the information has been obtained, the loading process will commence.
- Once the trailer is loaded, our office will call the driver and ask him or her to come back to the office to sign and receive copies of the BOL’s, Weight manifest, etc.
