Quality Assurance Tech – Omaha, NE
Able to adjust work procedures and have flexible hours to meet testing schedules, produciton needs, customer reqrequsts and be assist with facility audits. Final responsibility for completing and/or verifying in process product or final product testing that is requestd/required by government agencies, customer, auditors and/or facility requirements. Complete daily CCP’s, SSOP’s, SOP’s, GMP’s, and any other applicable program monitoring. Verification will be combination of records review and direct observations. The employee is required to follow all safety rules that are in place at all times and encouraged to inform management of any perceived safety deficiencies. Preferer bilingual and prior experience.
Able to operate equipment(after traing) metal detectors, knife use, 2-way radio, thermometers, fat testing equipment and electic conveyors, and any others needed. Must be able to verbally understand and execute work instrucitons. Frequently required to reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel crouch and crawl. Able to lift and or move up to 30 lbs. regularly and occasionally 60 lbs. Close and distance vision, able to see color, peripheral and ablity to adjust focuse. Work in tepuatures of average of 38 to 28 derees depending on work assignment. Will encounter wet floors, damp areas, and meat (blood fat) during shift.
Pay starting at $23.00/hour, DOE (Depending on Experience).
